Born and raised in Brazil, Manuelle immigrated to the United States in 2018. In Brazil, her real estate career started when working as a real estate agent at her dad’s office in 2013. The years of experience and the skills were brought to the US where Manuelle is also a licensed real estate agent. She started working at Hillcrest Estates in 2023. Known for being a cat lover, she enjoys traveling, music, and strawberry ice cream. Manuelle speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. -

Originally from El Paso, Texas, and now based in Greenwood, Washington, Jason brings a diverse professional background to Hillcrest Estates. After graduating from EVCC, he began his career in the medical field and transitioned into property management in 2022, where he has been both a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager. He started working at Hillcrest in 2026. Jason also spends his weekends working as a Dental Assistant. Outside of the office, he is an avid traveler and live entertainment enthusiast who spends his winters snowboarding the local mountains. Jason speaks English. -

Daniel came to Hillcrest in 2023. In his spare time he enjoys playing and watching baseball and soccer. He loves camping and experiencing the Pacific Northwest.
