Raised in Everett, Brian is passionate about his hometown. He graduated from Everett High School, and the University of Redlands, California. He has also lived in Barcelona, Spain and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Brian began his property management career in 2013 and came to Hillcrest in 2022. Among his professional qualifications is a passion for Excel. In his spare time, Brian enjoys woodworking, camping, cooking, and board games. Brian speaks English and Spanish. -

Originally from El Paso, Texas, and now based in Greenwood, Washington, Jason brings a diverse professional background to Hillcrest Estates. After graduating from EVCC, he began his career in the medical field and transitioned into property management in 2022, where he has been both a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager. He started working at Hillcrest in 2026. Jason also spends his weekends working as a Dental Assistant. Outside of the office, he is an avid traveler and live entertainment enthusiast who spends his winters snowboarding the local mountains. Jason speaks English. -

José immigrated to the United States in 2000, and has lived in Everett since then. He brings extensive experience in construction and maintenance. Daniel was born in Tepic, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States in 2000 and has lived in Everett ever since. He has worked in electrical, framing, and handyman positions. Daniel came to Hillcrest in 2023. In his spare time he enjoys playing and watching baseball and soccer. He loves camping and experiencing the Pacific Northwest.
